What is Nacre & Vale?

Nacre & Vale is an independent online perfume store. We select Arabic and designer fragrances bottle by bottle and show only what is in stock.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment. Because we work with international suppliers, delivery usually takes 10 to 25 business days, depending on your location and customs. You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the product and your delivery location.

Can I return a perfume?

If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us right away and we will make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Checkout.
